6应当一无挂虑，只要凡事借着祷告，祈求，和感谢，将你们所要的告诉神。 7神所赐出人意外的平安，必在基督耶稣里，保守你们的心怀意念。
6Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
帖撒罗尼迦前书1 Thessalonians 5：16-18
16要常常喜乐。 17不住地祷告。 18凡事谢恩。因为这是神在基督耶稣里向你们所定的旨意。
16Be joyful always; 17pray continually; 18give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.
1. 顺服神的命令 Obeying God’s Word
有了我的命令去遵行的,这人就是爱我的
Whoever has my commands and obeys them loves me
约翰福音John 14：21-22
21有了我的命令又遵守的，这人就是爱我的。爱我的必蒙我父爱他，我也要爱他，并且要向他显现。 22犹大（不是加略人犹大）问耶稣说，主阿，为什么要向我们显现，不向世人显现呢？
21Whoever has my commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves me. He who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love him and show myself to him." 22Then Judas (not Judas Iscariot) said, "But, Lord, why do you intend to show yourself to us and not to the world?"
当我们顺服神的命令 （神的话在我们里面）When we obey God's commands (Having God's words within us)
就是走在神的道路上 Then we are walking On His way要常常喜乐，应当一无挂虑
Rejoice Always And Conquering Worry
2. 要信靠主 Have Faith In Him
信心要有行动 （行出真理）凡事借着祷告
Faith Need Action And Pray About Everything
3.要有正确的心态Need To Have Right Attitude Always
常存感恩的心-活出生命
Be grateful always- living a life
