Cowpox was the original vaccine of sorts for smallpox. After infection with the disease, the body (usually) gains the ability of recognizing the similar smallpox virus from its antigens and so is able to fight the smallpox disease much more efficiently.

为什么建立强有力的免疫系统对我们那么重要呢？
Why is building up a strong immune system so important to us?

我们为了过成功的生活，不能只有肉体的抵抗力，要有内心的抵抗力免疫力。

In order to lead a successful life, we not need to have physical immunity, we need to have mental immunity too.

这世上不是只有一般性的病菌，有太多想要来偷窃、杀害、毁坏我们的敌人。只靠着外在的抵抗力难以有成功的人生；更重要的是要有内在免疫力和抵抗力。

The world does not only contain of normal viruses, there are many other enemies that want to kill, steal and destroy us. We can't succeed in life if we only have outer immunity, what is more important is the inner immunity and strength.

3. 环境的咒诅Environmental curses

In our lives, we are always attacked by sins. The devil will think of various ways to inject all these little “viruses” into our lives.

but each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.

私欲-> 引诱 (魔鬼的计划) -> 怀胎 -> 生出罪 -> 生出死
One’s own evil desire – > temptation (action plan of the devil) -> conceived -> gives birth to sin -> gives birth to death.

3 Things to Build Up Our Immune System

1.耶稣基督的血 The Blood of Jesus Christ

彼得前书1Peter 2:24
「他被挂在木头上，亲身担当了我们的罪，使我们既然在罪上死，就得以在义上活。因他受的鞭伤，你们便得了医治」

He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed.

耶稣的宝血让我们有能力胜过罪恶。我们要常常披戴耶稣的血。
The blood of Jesus enables us to overcome sins. We need to be covered by the blood of Jesus.

a. 看重经常出席主日聚会Emphasize on attending Sunday services regularly.
b. 看重领受圣餐Emphasize on partaking Holy Communion
c. 看重祷告Emphasize on Praying

披戴耶稣的宝血就好像一个绝缘体。
To be covered by Christ is being insulated to sins.

2.真理叫我们得以自由The Truth will Set Us Free

Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.

我们要常常披戴真理，也就是常常在我们的日常生活中都带着神的话语。

We need to carry the truth all the time. That means we have to carry the word of God every day of our lives.

神的话语能让我们重生。
The words of God have the power of resurrection.

当我们遇到苦难，感到绝望的时候该怎么做呢？我们可以用神的话语和奉耶稣的名来胜过它！
What can we do when troubles arise and we feel uneasy? We can always use the words of God and the name of Jesus to overcome it!

3.圣灵充满Be Filled by the Holy Spirit

And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.

a) 圣灵充满带来梦想和异象Holy Spirit brings dreams & visions

‘一个有梦想的人士一个蒙神祝福的人。’
“A person with dreams is a person that’s blessed by God”

绝处逢生 Survive in the Life Crisis

耶稣说我是道路，真理，生命，祂的道路非同人的道路。只要走在神的道路和旨意中，就是在一切所行的事上，都要认定祂，祂必指引你的路(箴3：6)。圣经说人岂能明白自己的路呢(箴20：24b)。祂说看哪我要做一件新事(以赛亚43：19)。只要走在神的道路上，必欢欢喜喜平平安安的蒙引导。大山小山必在你们面前发声歌唱(以赛亚55：12)。主的路是一条又新又活得路，绝不是死路，绝处必逢生。

Jesus said I am the way, the truth and the life. His way is different from my way. Walk in God's way and will, and in all ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths right. (Proverbs 3:6) How then can anyone understands his own way? (Proverbs 20:24b) See, I am doing a new thing! (Isa 43:19) You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands. (Isaiah 55:12) God's path is a new and lively path, it is not a dead-end, there's always a light at the end of the tunnel.

摩西在年已80岁要带领超高百万的百姓离开埃及。为什么摩西有那么刚强壮胆的信心呢？
Moses was at the age of 80 when he was appointed to lead a million of people out of Egypt. How did Moses have a heart boldness and such courage?

那是因为摩西清楚知道，把以色列百姓从埃及带出来，领他们进到流奶与蜜的迦南美地，是上帝的旨意。圣经说：[故此我要打发你去见法老，使你可以将我的百姓以色列人，从埃及领出来]又在出埃及记3章10和17节说：[我也说、要将你们从埃及的困苦中，领出来、到流奶与蜜之地]摩西也知道，只要有神的旨意在，必有可行之路，绝处能逢生。
Because Moses knew, leading the Israelites out from Egypt and entering the promised land of Canaan is the will of God. The Bible says, So now, go. I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt. Also in Exodus 3:10 and 17 say, "So now, go. I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt." Moses also knew, if it is the will of God, there will be a way, and a light at every end of the tunnel.

所以，虽然他们走到红海这样的死路，以色列百姓都感到挫折和绝望、在嚎啕大哭的时候，摩西却知道，依然有路可行。为什么？因为，走在神的道路上，绝处必逢生。既然确定神的旨意，是要带领以色列百姓从埃及进到迦南地。尽管红海阻挡在前、埃及法老的军队紧跟在后，他也可以确实相信，上帝必有解决的方式。所以，我们可以在出埃及记14章13-14节，看到摩西大胆的信仰告白：[摩西对百姓说，不要惧怕、只管站住，看耶和华今天向你们所要施行的救恩，因为你们今天所看见的埃及人，必永远不再看见了。耶和华必为你们争战，你们只管静默、不要作声]人能够说出这样大胆的信仰告白，就是因为他不论遇到了多么绝望的事，他都清楚只要，只要神的旨意在，必有可行之路。最后终于依照摩西的信心，神为他们开了一条路。神在红海当中开路，让他们走干地过红海。在旷野的旅程，不论遇到任何苦难和阻挡，其中都有他们的可行之路。
Hence, even if they faced a dead end like the Red Sea, the Israelites may be disappointed and are in disdained while letting out their cries, Moses knew, there will be a way. Why? Because there is always a way if we are walking on God's path. Once he was sure that it was the will of God to lead the Israelites out from Egypt to enter the land of Canaan, Moses still believed that God has a solution for their problems even if they are faced with Red Sea and the soldiers were tailing them from the back closely. Thus, we can see from Exodus 14:13-14 where Moses declared his faith, Moses answered the people, "Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the LORD will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. 14 The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still." A person is able to declare such great faith is because he knows, even if he may be faced with disappointment, as long as he is walking on the path of God, there will always be a way for them. Lastly, because of the faith of Moses, God opened up a way for them. God made a way for them by parting the Red Sea. During the journey in the wilderness, no matter how they are faced with troubles and obstacles, they always managed to find their way.

有一次耶稣在旷野，仅男人就有五千，加妇女有万人，来听祂讲道。天色晚了，他们都肚子饿。躺在草地上，当时耶稣叫腓力来，说了这样的话：约翰福音6章5-7节说：[就对腓力说，我们从那里买饼叫这些人吃呢？祂说这话，是要试验腓力，他自己原知道要怎样行，腓力回答说、就是二十两银子的饼，叫他们各人吃一点、也是不够的]耶稣已经把神的旨意给腓力看了，[从哪里买饼叫这些人吃呢？]那就是耶稣希望他们预备吃的，别卷圣经中，耶稣说：[我不能让他们饿着肚子回去，给他们预备吃的吧！]把那段话这样敷衍过去，腓力分明看见了主的旨意，他就应该完全相信和接受才对，他却自己解说主的意思：[主啊，这里是旷野，时间也晚了，没有地方可买饼，就算我们有二十两银子，也只能让他们每个人吃到一点饼，所以那时不可能的]我们不应该用人的想法，去解说神的旨意，如果用人的想法去解说神的旨意，就什么事情都不能作。在主的道路和旨意中，绝处必逢生。
Once while Jesus was in the wilderness, men alone consisted of 5000 persons, while altogether were more than ten of thousands of people were there to listen to his sermon. The sky darkened and they were hungry, Lying on the grass, Jesus called for Philip and said: John 6:5-7, When Jesus looked up and saw a great crowd coming toward him, he said to Philip, "Where shall we buy bread for these people to eat?" He asked this only to test him, for he already had in mind what he was going to do. Philip answered him, "Eight months' wages would not buy enough bread for each one to have a bite!" Jesus had shown His will to Philip, "Where shall we buy bread for these people to eat?" It means Jesus hoped they would prepare the food. Another version of Bible says, "Jesus said, we can't starve them, prepare food for them!" Philip overseen the will of God instead of understanding it. He should have believed and accepted Jesus' will but instead, he deciphered it himself saying "Lord, we are in the wilderness, it is late and there is no way we can find a bread. Even if we have eight months' wages, everyone could only have a tiny bit, so it is impossible." We should not use our way of thinking to decipher God's will. If one were to explain God's will using the way of human, then nothing could be done. If we are walking on the path of God, there will always be a light at the end of every tunnel.

虽然眼睛未曾看见、耳朵未曾听见、手上也没有证据，路是由神来开的。路加福音8章25节也说：[耶稣说、你们的信心在那里呢]要相信“神旨意在，就必然有路”照神的话去作才行，我们看安德烈，安德烈说：[啊！原来耶稣的意思，是要给这所有的人吃的]安德烈虽与腓力同是门徒，耶稣也没有问过他，他却知道：[啊、主的意思，是要喂饱这些人]所以他说：[没错、是旷野，没错、是黄昏，时间晚了、没错、没地方买饼，没错、没有钱，只要耶稣的意思是喂饱他们，就必有路可行]所以他去找一个小孩的午餐便当，拿来这五个饼和两条鱼，害羞地来找耶稣说：[主啊，用这五个饼和两条鱼，岂能喂饱这么多人，但我相信只要主的旨意在，必有奇迹发生，所以我拿来了]耶稣非常高兴，就不管腓力，接受了安德烈的请求，拿起着五个饼和两条鱼祝谢了，于是把饼一撕开，就又生出来、撕开，就又生出来，把鱼分给人，又生出来、分给人，又生出来，结果所有的人都吃饱了，还剩下十二个篮子。只要神的旨意在，他一定会开路的。
Eyes may not seen and ears may not hear, we may not have proof on our hands, but our path is opened up by God. Like 8:25 says, Jesus asked, where is your faith? We have to believe that "if it is the will of God, there will always be a way". We have to do it according to the words of God. We can see that Andrew said, "Oh! Jesus meant that we have to feed all these people" Andrew may be a disciple like Philip, and Jesus may not have asked him, but he knew: "Oh! God's will is to feed all these people." So he said, It is true that we are in the wilderness, it is true that it is late evening, it is true that there may not be a place to buy bread, it is true that we don't have much money, but as long as it is the will of Jesus to feed them, there will always be a way. So he went to look for a child with his lunch set, and took his five breads and two fishes and came to Jesus shyly saying, Lord, how could we feed the five thousands by using these five loaves of bread and two fishes? But I believe if it is Your will, there will be a miracle, so I took it here. Jesus was very glad and did not care about Philip anymore, he accepted Andrew's request and took these five loaves of bread and two fishes, gave thanks and distributed them to the people. Once it is distributed, it refilled again, distributed, and refilled again. He gave the fishes to the people, it refilled again, gave and refilled again. In the end, everyone was being fed and were full. There were twelve baskets with the remaining pieces. If it is the will of God, He will surely open up a way.

The famous industrialist and philanthropist Carnegie said there are a few similarities among people that failed.
第一，为自己找借口，把所有责任推到别人身上。这样的人，一听到责备，本能性的会找借口。“不是因为我，是因为家、因为邻居、因为社会、因为父母，我才会变成这样”一直把责任推到别人身上。说自己是清白的，自己不想改过。

First, they find excuse for themselves and put the blames on someone else. People like this would find excuses once they are being reprimanded. "It's not me, but my home, neighbour, society and parents that make me who I am today." He or she would keep blaming it on other people and claim to be innocent, unwilling to change.
第二，有自卑感的人。就是时常说自己不行、办不到，这种心里有一幅悲观念性自画像的人。

Second, people who are inferior. These are the people who keep saying they are unable to do it. They have a negative image of themselves.
第三，没有生活目标。不晓得上帝呼召自己的圣洁旨意是什么，只是随波逐流，渐渐走下坡。

Third, having no goal in life. They do not know what is God's calling to them and just flow with life while going downhill as time passes by.

不为自己找借口 Do not find excuses for yourself

找借口的好处是把自己的过失暂时掩盖，心理上得到暂时的平衡。

The only good thing about finding an excuses is to cover up a mistake and having a psychological balance temporarily.

我们在工作的过程中总是会遇到挫折，我们知难而进，还是为自己寻找逃避的借口，不要寻找任何借口为自己开脱，寻找解决问题的办法才是最有效的工作原则。

We are bound to face failure in a working process, we either brace through it or find an excuse to avoid it. Do not run away by finding an excuse, but finding a solution to solve the problem is the most effective principle of working.

找借口不如找方法 Find a solution instead of an excuse

我坚信，那些想成功的人，一定不是喜欢找借口拖延的人。日本松下集团的创始人松下幸之助就是一个从不找借口拖延的人，他对自己如此，对员工也是同样的要求。他不允许下属为工作上的失误找各种理由，要求他们承认自己的错误，发现工作上的问题。这样做使得整个松下集团从上到下都很少有找借口拖延的风气，所以他们成为日本的精英企业并不为奇。

I strong believe that those who want to succeed will never find an excuse to delay their work. The founder of Panasonic Corporation, Matsushita is one of those who would never find an excuse to procrastinate. He acts so and expects the same from his employees. He never let his employee to find an excuse to cover up any mistake but to admit it and find out where the problem is. This created a culture where in Panasonic Corporation, nobody would ever find an excuse to procrastinate and so it is not a wonder why they become one of the leading enterprise in Japan.

成功人生的准备 The preparation to a successful life

1.要清楚我们人生的使命是什么? To know our purpose in life
我们不能过像风一样、雾一样来去无踪的生活，更不能毫无目的、毫无理由、毫无价值的生活在这个世界上。为了过成功的人生必须清楚自己的使命。这里有一个故事：在一个工地里有三个石匠在干活，过路的神父问了他们一个问题。首先对第一个石匠问道：你在做什么？石匠说：你是瞎眼吗？连这个都不懂，我在雕刻势头。接着问第二个石匠：你在做什么？石匠回答说：为了养家糊口不得不这样辛苦。又问了第三个石匠：你在做什么？石匠回答说：我在这里建造又雄伟由美丽的圣堂，将会是多么荣耀的圣堂啊！弟兄姐妹们，这三个人中谁的人生最有价值？谁是最成

功的人？当然不是第一个，也不是第二个，就是明白自己使命的第三个人。他的使命是建造雄伟美丽的圣堂，不是为了干活而干活，更不是为了养家糊口。这个故事告诉我们：虽然是小事，拥有关于将来的异象，忠心于使命的人才是幸福的、成功的。弟兄姐妹们，我们的使命到底是什么呢？你能否用简单的一句话记录你的使命呢？

We should not lead a life without direction like wind, we should never live without having aim, reason and value on this Earth. In order to live a successful life, one should know his or her calling in life clearly. There's a story: there were 3 stone masons in a construction site, a priest passed by and asked them a question. He spoke to the first stone mason and asked, what are you doing? The stone mason replied, are you blind? Can't you see that I'm carving a stone. Then he asked the second stone mason, what are you doing? The stone mason answered, in order to feed my family, I have to work hard for this. Then he asked the third one, what are you doing? The stone mason then replied, I'm building a beautiful and magnificent church, it will be a glorious church! Brothers and sisters, who has the highest value in life among these three? Which one is the most successful one? Of course it is not the first one, nor the second one, it is the third person who understands his calling life. His destiny is to build a magnificent church, not to work hard for the sake of working hard or to feed the family. This story tells us that even if it might seem to be a small matter, but having a dream about future, being loyal to their destiny is a person that is happy and successful. Brothers and sisters, what is our destiny? Can you use a simple one-liner to describe and record your calling in life?

也许有的人会说：为了生活；也有人会说：为养家糊口。这些都可能成为你努力的理由。但与这不同，有人却说：我是为了让我的妻儿幸福，让他们拥有异象过成功的人生而努力帮助他们。这样的人才算得上发现自己人生的真正使命。这种人绝不会感到疲倦、疲乏，在自己所做的事情中享受幸福与快乐。

Some people might say it is for life, some might say it is to feed the family. These may be the reasons for you to work hard. But some people may differ and say: I work hard in order to let my wife and children to have a comfortable life with destiny and live a successful life. These people are the ones that have found their real calling in life. They will never feel tired or bored of what they are doing but to enjoy them thoroughly.

成功的人都是有使命的人。为什么？他们对“为什么活着”这个问题都有清楚的答案。如果问美国第16任总统林肯的话，他会说：我为了释放奴隶而当了总统。他是有使命的总统。林肯出生在贫寒的家庭中，没有受过正常的教育，他是自学成才的。从小看着奴隶们被卖、受虐待长大的。每当遇见这样的事他都特别心痛。当上了总统之后拯救了因奴隶问题产生的南北对立的危机局面，1862年宣布了“解放宣言”，经过4年的南北战争终于得胜，并且解放了奴隶。所以他被称为解放奴隶之父，至今还受到全世界许多人的敬仰，因为他知道自己的使命。有人问:你为什么当上了总统？他毫无挂虑地说：为了解放奴隶。有人问美国有名的钢铁大王卡内基：你怎么创建了这么巨大的钢铁公司？他们回答说：‘为了让工人有基本收入，有吃有住而搞事业。’

Successful people are the people with destiny in life. Why? They all have a clear answer to "why are you living?" If you ask this to Lincoln the 16th president of USA, he would say: I become a president to release the slaves. He is a president with destiny. Lincoln was born in a poor family, he never get a proper education. He grew up seeing slaves were being sold and being tortured. He felt heartache seeing those situations. The Homestead Act was finally announced in year 1862 after 4 years of civil war. Lincoln is still being honoured by many people because he knew his destiny in life. Someone asked: why did you become a president? He answered without a hesitation saying: to free the slaves. Someone asked Carnegie: why did you build such a enormous empire of steel? He answered: in order to let my employees have a basic income and having a home and food.

比如说摩西吧，如果问摩西：你在做什么？他会说：我的人生就是为了以色列的解放。如果问约书亚：你是为什么活着？他会说：为了把百姓待进迦南地。如果问耶稣：你的使命是什么？耶稣会说：为了拯救人类。马可福音10:45说：“因为人子来，并不是要受人的服事，乃是要服事人，并且要舍命，作多人的赎价。”问问使徒们：你们为什么活着？他们肯定会说：为了把福音传遍天下。以前有句俗语：“地不生无名小草”意思是出生在这个世界的人没有一个是没有使命的人，所有人带着不同的使命出生的。所以为了成功我们的人生，必须清楚自己的使命。

Moses as an example, if you were to ask Moses: what are you doing? He would say: the purpose of my life is to free Israel. If you were to ask Joshua: what are you living for? He would answer: in order to bring the people into the land of Canaan. If you were to ask Jesus: what is your destiny in life? Jesus would say: in order to save human kind. Mark 10:45 says, for even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." Ask the disciples, why are you living? They would surely answer: to spread the gospel to the whole world. There is a Chinese saying that goes like "a land would not grow an anonymous grass". It means nobody was born without a purpose in life. We all were born with a different destiny. So if we want to succeed in life, we need to know our destiny clearly.

罗马书12：3：“我凭着所赐我的恩，对你们各人说，不要看自己过于所当看的。要照着神所分给各人信心的大小，看得合乎中道。”告诉我们说：每一个人都有神所赐的使命，要按照信心的分量智慧行事。神也按我们信心的分量给了使命，所以生活在这个世界的时候知道自己的使命是很重要的。我们应铭记在心，我为什么出生在这个世界？我人生的使命是什么？

Roman 12:3 "For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you." tells us tat God has given all of us a destiny with the measure of faith we have. So it is very important to know our destiny in life. We should remember why were we born to the world? What is our destiny in life?

2.要拥有成功的思想Positive Mindset, Successful Life

在思想里失败的人，在现实中也会失败。

A person that fails in his mind would also fail in reality.

1930年美国发生大恐慌的时候，罗斯福总统说：“真正应该惧怕的，就是我们心里的惧怕"这样鼓励国民，所以才能胜过大恐慌。因为罗斯福总统早就知道，在思想里失败的人，在现实中也会失败。

During the crisis in USA in year 1930, President Roosevelt said: "The only thing we have to fear is fear itself". He encouraged the nation like this in order to overcome the crisis because President Roosevelt knew, a person that fails in his mind would also fail reality.

当我们灰心时，读神的话。每个人都有些各别喜欢的经文。常常的读、背、祷告。你信是得着的，就必得着。

When we are discouraged, we should read the words of God. We all have a different scripture that we like the most. Always read the words of God, memorise them and pray. Believe that you have received it and it will be yours.

马可9：23说到，你若能信，在信的人，凡事都能。

Mark 9:23 says, "Everything is possible for him who believes."

壹、摩西重申律法的精意
1. The essence of the Law of Deuteronomy by Moses
一、上帝是唯一真神，祂要求我們盡心盡意遵行祂的律例、典章（申26:16），不然離棄神，神必審判。（申7:10）
God is the only true God, He wants us to follow His decrees and laws with all your heart and soul. (Deut 26:16), else those who hate Him will be judged. (Deut 7:10)

（申Deut 26:16）
「耶和華你的神今日吩咐你行這些律例典章，所以你要盡心盡性謹守遵行。」
16 The LORD your God commands you this day to follow these decrees and laws; carefully observe them with all your heart and with all your soul.

（申Deut 7:10）
「向恨他的人當面報應他們，將他們滅絕，凡恨他的人必報應他們，決不遲延。」
10 But those who hate him he will repay to their face by destruction; he will not be slow to repay to their face those who hate him.

二、謹守遵行神一切的命令，乃是有真智慧和聰明
2. Following the commands of God is true wisdom and intelligence
（申Deut 4:6）
「所以你們要謹守遵行，這就是你們在萬民眼前的智慧，聰明，他們聽見這一切律例，必說，這大國的人真是有智慧，有聰明。」
6 Observe them carefully, for this will show your wisdom and understanding to the nations, who will hear about all these decrees and say, "Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people."

貳、主耶穌清楚指出上帝必在明處報答那在暗中行善的人
2. Jesus said that God will reward those who give secretly
（太Matthew 6:4）
「要叫你施捨的事行在暗中，你父在暗中察看，必然報答你，﹝有古卷作必在明處報答你﹞。」
4 so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

參、保羅更清楚指出，主必賜下永生、榮耀、尊貴、平安，加給那恆心行善的人。
3. Paul also mentioned that God will bless those who do good works with eternal life, glory, honor, and peace.

「他必照各人的行為報應各人。」
6God "will give to each person according to what he has done."

8But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger.

9There will be trouble and distress for every human being who does evil: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile;

10 but glory, honor and peace for everyone who does good: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile.

肆、行善的福氣
4. The blessing of doing good works
一、地上行善，天上為自己積成美好的根基
1. Doing good works means to lay a firm foundation in Heaven
（提前1 Timothy 6:18）
「又要囑咐他們行善，在好事上富足，甘心施捨，樂意供給人，﹝供給或作體貼﹞。」
18Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share.
（提前1 Timothy 6:19）
「為自己積成美好的根基，預備將來，叫他們持定那真正的生命。」
19In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life.

二、行善能使別人有益讓自己更加快樂有助於發展人際關係可結交到新朋友使自己的身心靈健康
2. Doing good can a)bring benefits to the others b)bring happiness to oneself c)help in developing social skills d)make new friends e)bring a healthy body and mind

（多Titus 3:8）
「這話是可信的，我也願你把這些事，切切實實的講明，使那些已信神的人，留心作正經事業，﹝或作留心行善﹞這都是美事，並且與人有益。」
8 This is a trustworthy saying. And I want you to stress these things, so that those who have trusted in God may be careful to devote themselves to doing what is good. These things are excellent and profitable for everyone.

三、一九二五年，以色列希伯來大學的一項研究發現，善心與一種能夠釋放多巴胺的基因有關。多巴胺是腦中的一種神經傳導物質，能夠使人感覺良好。一九九一年，艾倫．盧克斯在其『做善事的療效』一書中指出，研究發現，人們在幫助他人時，生理上有特別的感覺，許多人覺得更有活力、更溫暖、更平靜，自我感覺更好。他稱這種現象為「助人者的興奮」。
3. In year 1925, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem did a research and found out benevolence is related to the dopamine. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter in the brain that makes people feel good. In year 1991, Allan Luks in his book “The Healing Power of Doing Good” mentioned that research had shown when people are helping the others, they feel special emotionally, many people feel more energetic, warm, peaceful and better about themselves. He named this phenomena as “helper’s high”.

伍、行善的祝福
5. The blessing of doing good works
一、耶何耶大得長壽和得尊榮
1. Jehoiada lived a long life and was honoured

（代下2 Chronicles24:15）
「耶何耶大年紀老邁，日子滿足而死，死的時候年一百三十歲。」
15 Now Jehoiada was old and full of years, and he died at the age of a
hundred and thirty.

（代下2 Chronicles 24:16）
「葬在大衛城列王的墳墓裡，因為他在以色列人中行善，又事奉神，修理神的殿。」
16 He was buried with the kings in the City of David, because of the good he had done in Israel for God and his temple.

二、書念婦人接待以利沙，上帝賜給她兒子，後來從死裡復活（王下4:8-37），並取回所有財產。（8:1-6）
2. The Shunnamite woman in served Elisha, God gave her a son, and later son restored from death (2 King 4:8-37), and got all her properties back. (8:1-6)

三、多加因行善，彼得叫她從死裡復活
3. Peter raised Dorcas from death because she was always doing good

（徒Acts 9:36）
「在約帕有一個女徒，名叫大比大，繙希利尼話，就是多加，﹝多加就是羚羊的意思﹞他廣行善事，多施賙濟。」
36 In Joppa there was a disciple named Tabitha (which, when translated, is Dorcas), who was always doing good and helping the poor.

（徒Acts 9:41）
「彼得伸手扶他起來，叫眾聖徒和寡婦進去，把多加活活的交給他們。」
41He took her by the hand and helped her to her feet. Then he called the believers and the widows and presented her to them alive.

四、哥尼流多多行善賙濟百姓，致使全家得救，被聖靈充滿

1At Caesarea there was a man named Cornelius, a centurion in what was known as the Italian Regiment.

「他是個虔誠人，他和全家都敬畏神，多多賙濟百姓，常常禱告神。」
2He and all his family were devout and God-fearing; he gave generously to those in need and prayed to God regularly.

（徒Acts 11:15）
「我一開講，聖靈便降在他們身上，正像當初降在我們身上一樣。」
15"As I began to speak, the Holy Spirit came on them as he had come on us at the beginning.

五、低米丟行善，有好名聲，見證大大傳開，能激勵多人。
5. Demetrius is well spoken by everyone and his testimony inspired others because he is always doing good

「低米丟行善有眾人給他作見證，又有真理給他作見證，就是我們也給他作見證，你也知道我們的見證是真的。」
12Demetrius is well spoken of by everyone--and even by the truth itself. We also speak well of him, and you know that our testimony is true.

十诫-人生准则
The Ten Commandments - Guidelines of Life

十诫是明确的人生准则。十诫是幸福家庭的明确准则,假如罪恶和违法走进来破坏家庭，那么在这样的家庭是绝不可能有幸福的。美国1963年6月17日下令不准在公立学校进行圣经教育，除乔治亚洲的高中以外，大部分公立学校都没有进行圣经教育。今天，丢掉了主祈祷文和十戒命的校园里的吸毒、淫乱、暴力和枪击事件数不胜数。
The Ten commandments are the guidelines in one's life. The Ten Commandments gives birth to a happy family, if sins and illegality come to destroy a family, then there will not be any happiness in the family itself. In 1963, June 17th, America gave an order that all the bible teaching in public schools should be stopped, except the high schools in the state of Georgia. They stopped practicing the Lord's prayer and the Ten Commandments, and as a result, there are a lot of happenings in American schools such as drug-abusing, promiscuous, violence, gun-shooting etc.

青少年的大学考试成绩急聚下降，婚前性关系到处泛滥，而且吸毒、枪击事件和离家出走的由8倍猛增到了13倍。最近，在由基督教徒组织的为在公立中学进行圣经教育的全国会议上，号召开展在全美50个洲恢复圣经教育的运动，受到这个影响，现已在29个洲100多所学校已开始实施圣经教育。
The results in university are deteriorating, sex before marriage is deluging. The drug-abusing, gun shooting and running away from home cases even grown from 8 times to 13 times. Lately, a Christian organisation suggested to recover the bible studies in public schools. Due to this, right now in 29 states, more than 100 schools had started to teach bible studies.

為什麼不可杀人? Why we shall not kill?
生命是神所赐的We are created by God
若人的生命是神个别独特的创造，结束生命或导致生命结束是唯独神才可以拥有的一个特权。

If a person's life is an unique creation of God, then only God has the right to end his or her life.

人带着神的形像We have the image of God
根据(创1:27，9:6)，人是按着神的形像被造，因此我们敬畏神，也当彼此尊重衪在我们里面的形像，以表明对神形像的敬重.

According to (Gen 1:27, 9:6), man are made in the image of God, thus we fear God as well as respecting the image of Him inside us.

什麼是杀人? What is killing?
1. 恶毒或恨人 Malice or hating the others
馬太 Matthew5:21-22 你們聽見有吩咐古人的話、說、『不可殺人、』又說、『凡殺人的、難免受審判。』只是我告訴你們、凡向弟兄動怒的、難免受審判。〔有古卷在凡字下添無緣無故的五字〕凡罵弟兄是拉加的、難免公會的審斷．凡罵弟兄是魔利的、難免地獄的火。

"You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, 'Do not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.' But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to his brother, 'Raca,' is answerable to the Sanhedrin. But anyone who says, 'You fool!' will be in danger of the fire of hell.

所以「恨人的心」与「杀人的行动」是没有分别的。

Thus, hating others and killing others are the same.

诗篇 Psalm 139:22-24，「神阿!求你鉴察我，知道我的心思，试炼我，知道我的意念.看在我里面有甚么恶行没有，引导我走永生的道路。」

I have nothing but hatred for them; I count them my enemies. Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

其中的「恶行」是神看我们的意念已是即成的行为。

The "offensive way" means God sees our thoughts as something that will be our action.

2. 残忍折磨人的 Torturing the others
这是残忍，强暴的行为，例如偷袭，洗脑或严刑逼供等。

This is cruel, a brutal action, such as stealing, brainwashing or torturing someone for a confession etc.

3. 堕胎的合法化 The legality of abortion
是假藉法律，摧毁生命的行为，因为根据遗传学显示，从受孕的那一剎那开始，胎儿已是一个诞生而正在成形的人，惟有当胎儿在无可避免的过失下而危害到母亲生命时，才可以接纳堕落的手术，然而，根据医生的发现，这种情形在今天已属罕见。除了上述的理由以外，「堕胎合法化」总是一种社会的罪恶。

It is an action to destroy life through law because according to genetic science, once a baby was conceived, the baby has a life on its own. Only if the life of the baby or the mother herself was in a crisis, then an abortion is acceptable. According to doctors, this phenomena is decreasing in the society. Other than that, the legality of abortion is always a criminality in the society.

4. 自杀 Suicide

「自杀」是人在失去理智的平衡之下而做出的行为，虽然有人认为自杀的行为并不导致人失掉神的恩典，然而却直接抵触神的诫命.

Suicide is an action carried out by someone who is irrational. Although some may think that suicide doesn't make one loses God's grace, but it is directly against God's command.

爱的4大方向4 Direction of Love
约翰一书4：7-12
亲爱的弟兄啊，我们应当彼此相爱，因为爱是从神来的。凡有爱心的，都是由神而生，并且认识神。没有爱心的，就不认识神。因为神就是爱。神差他独生子到世间来，使我们借着他得生，神爱我们的心在此就显明了。不是我们爱神，乃是神爱我们，差他的儿子为我们的罪作了挽回祭，这就是爱了。亲爱的弟兄啊，神既是这样爱我们，我们也当彼此相爱。从来没有人见过神。我们若彼此相爱，神就住在我们里面，爱他的心在我们里面得以完全了。

Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. 8Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.

神是爱，魔鬼是恨恶。神的爱带来生命，美丽与祝福，魔鬼的恨恶只能带来死亡，污秽与咒诅。主耶稣说：“盗贼来，无非是要偷盗、杀害、毁坏；人子来，是要叫羊得生命，并且得的更丰盛。”

God is love, the devil is hatred. God's love brings life, beautifulness and blessings, the devil's hatred only brings death, cursing and filthiness. Lord Jesus said, "the thief come to kill, steal destroy, but I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full."

那我们应该怎样显出爱的生活？我們要彼此相愛，像主耶穌愛我們一樣，這是祂的命令

How should we live a life that shows love? We need to love each other, like Jesus loves us, this is His command

馬太Matthew 22:37-40
耶穌對他說、你要盡心、盡性、盡意、愛主你的　神。這是誡命中的第一、且是最大的。其次也相仿、就是要愛人如己。這兩條誡命、是律法和先知一切道理的總綱。
"'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the great and foremost commandment. The second is like it, 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets."

1. 尽心、尽性、尽意、尽力爱主你的神 Loving God Whole Heartedly

2. 要过爱自己的生活 Loving yourself
通常，有很多时候基督徒认为爱己是大罪。认为厌恶自己才是圣洁的生活，所以总有厌恶自己的才错误的想法。我们要认识，我们有很多理由爱己。因为爱神就要要爱照着神的形象和样式造的自己。我们每个人就是按神的形象和样式创造的。所以，恨恶自己就是恨恶神的形象和样式所造的。所以不论自己长的好看还是难看都是神借着基督所造的新人，因为神将自己的形象和样式印在我们身上，所以我们不能恨恶神的形象和样式所造的自己。

Many Christians usually think that loving themselves is a sin. They think that only hating self is a holy life and they have a wrong mindset of hating themselves. We have to know that we have many reasons to love ourselves. Because loving God means loving what God created according to His image. We are all made according to His image and thus hating ourselves means hating God. So no matter how we look, we are all made new in Christ, because God has moulded us according to how He looks.

想想神的施恩，就是他的牺牲。经上说“神爱世人，甚至将他的独生儿子赐给我们”神的儿子耶稣被撕开，流宝血，所赐给的是多大的牺牲啊？圣经说耶稣是神的赎罪羊。主耶稣基督为了我们，被钉在十字架上流出了鲜血，代赎了我们的罪。神这样爱我，我要用神的爱要爱己，若是恨恶自己、虐待自己就是对神的爱背道而驰了。神说：“我们若认自己的罪，神是信实的，是公义的，必要赦免我们的罪，洗净我们一切的不义。”所以，要悔改，饶恕自己，不要恨恶自己。

Think of God's grace and His sacrifice. The bible says, "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." Jesus the son of God is pierced and bled for us, how great is this sacrifice? The bible says Jesus is the lamb of God. He was nailed for the cross for us and paid of our sins. This is how much God loves us, so we need to love God with His love, if we hate ourselves, then we are running away from God's love. God says, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." So we need to repent and forgive ourselves.

學習鼓勵自己。夢想不會每次都按著我們的時間表成真。我們會遭遇失敗和逆境很容易消沈。有家人和朋友的鼓勵當然很好,牧師加油打氣當然很好，但是別人無法使我們維持鬥志，他們可以鼓勵我們推我們一把，但若真的要活出得勝生命，就必須從心裏發出鬥志。我們必須學習鼓勵自己。我們的心靈深處必須有堅定的決心和力量繼續往前。

Learn to encourage ourselves. Our dream will not always realise according to our own timing. We will face failures and obstacles. Sometimes encouragements from friends, family or pastor is good but they cannot sustain us for a long time. It is true that they can push us forward but if we want to live a life of victory, then we need to fight from the deep of our heart. We need to learn to encourage ourselves then we will have the conviction and strength to move forward.

3. 要爱邻舍 Love your neighbour as yourself
《创世纪》2：18说：“耶和华神说：“那人独居不好，我要为他造一个配偶帮助他。”

Genesis 2:18 says, "The LORD God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him."
《约翰一书》4：11节说：“亲爱的弟兄啊，神既是这样爱我们，我们也当彼此相爱。”

1 John 4:11 says, "Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another."

要同情邻舍的难处，这样的生活才是爱邻舍的生活。真爱邻舍的人就会与邻舍对话，彼此交通。要在物质和精神两方面都去帮助。只有我自己吃的好，穿的好，住的好，不管邻舍的饥寒就不是爱。

Loving our neighour means to be compassionate about them. One that loves his or her neighbour would communicate with them and provide them both physically and emotionally. Ignoring the neighbour while one lives a well life is not love.

4. 要爱自然 Love the natural our planet
人类一开始被造，就要与自然共生存。神对亚当说：“你要在伊甸园治理这地。”伊甸园就是自然环境。人生活在地上就要治理自然环境，也要看守好自然环境。因为人与自然是同存活，如果践踏自然，破坏自然的话，人会与自然一同灭亡。堕落的人是不爱神、不爱自己、不爱邻舍、也不爱自然，破坏自然。

From the start of the creation of man, they are ought to live together with the natural. God said to Adam to govern the garden of Eden. Eden Garden is a natural place. Man living on the land are meant to govern the natural, as well as taking care of it. Man and the natural are depending on each other, if the natural were to be destroyed, then men too, will be destroyed. An ignorant person that does not love God, himself, neighbour and the natural is not in the favour of God.

In the name of development, man destroy the natural carelessly. Fishes in the sea are dead and human are also affected by the metal pollution, and as a result, there are a lot of cancers and illness. The bible scholar did a study and found out the first four commandments of the Ten Commandments are about the relationship between God and man while the others are about the relationship between mankind.

There are many broken families out there and this seems to be worse in the industrialized counties, ie the USA. According the census of USA, 33% of babies are born of unmarried mothers, the value of family has been neglected. Many families are facing the crisis of disintegration and as a result causing more serious society problems. The relationship between family members is being challenged, when love turns sour, it leaves.

The society is built up of 7 pillars, and family is one of the most important pillars. The family members include husband and wife, parents and children. The crisis we are facing today is the instability of the pillar of family, it is getting destroyed. Unimaginable rate of divorce, abortion and child abuse, this society has fallen ill. People are being used for different reasons due to selfishness and greed. If the family system were to be broken down, the whole society will be affected.

According to a statistic done in the prison of Chicago, USA, 95% of the prisoners come from a broken family = the relationship between husband and wife directly affects the next generation, and indirectly affecting the whole society. This proves that a healthy family is very important. A healthy family doesn’t mean if the family members are physically healthy or the condition of health? A healthy family means the peace and harmony in a family. The main relationships in a family are the one between husband and wife, and between parents and children.

1．当孝敬父母 Honor Your Parents
以弗所书6:1-4说：你们作儿女的，要在主里听从父母，这是理所当然的。要孝敬父母，使你得福，在世长寿。这是第一条带应许的诫命。你们作父亲的，不要惹儿女的气，只要照着主的教训和警戒养育他们。
Ephesians 6:1-4 says, Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. "Honor your father and mother"—which is the first commandment with a promise— "that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth."Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.

A. 尊敬他们 Respect them

出埃及记20：12节提到“当孝敬父母…”或“当尊敬父母…”。若我们去看字典“孝敬”是这样解释“尽力奉侍尊长或是把物品送给尊长。”那表示上帝要我们心存敬重的心，并且尽力去服事我们的父母。圣经叫我们要孝敬父母。孝敬父母，就是叫我们要尊敬他们，要重视他们的意思。
In Exodus 20:12, it says, “honor your father and mother…” If we look up for the word “honor” in the dictionary, it means, to show a courteous regard for. It means God wants us to honour them and show a courteous regard to our parents. Honoring your parents means to take heed of them.

一个乡下农夫的独生子。一生下来，多么受到父亲宠爱，同时那么辛苦地干农活，把他送到日本去留学。从日本留学回来，他在韩国找到了一个官职，后来升到了高级官员，可是一次午餐时间，父亲传着传统的韩国服装，为了想儿子，从乡下包了一包吃的东西来找他，来到儿子上班的大楼，在门口让警卫拦住了。警卫问：“你是谁？”“我是某某人的父亲，帮我联络一下。”一联络之下，儿子从窗口看见父亲站在大楼的门口，旁边一个同事就问：“是谁啊？谁竟然现在要来见你？”他对警卫说：“那时过去我们家里的用人，只不过在我们家很久，就装成我爸爸的样子，把他赶走吧！”所以，父亲就被警卫赶走了。然后哭着回了乡下。此后，有困难的时候，这个儿子丝毫不帮组父亲，他父亲最后病逝的时候，几乎像被饿死一样。自己却吃得好，睡得好，逍遥自在，不过，等到自己老了，他也一样被孩子赶出来了。人种的是什么，收的也是什么。
In a countryside, lived a poor farmer with his only son. He pampered the son a lot that he worked hard in order to send him to study in Japan. Once he finished his studies in Japan, he found a job in Korea and eventually became a high-ranked officer. Once during lunch time, the father took some food together with him intending to visit his son in the building he works in. Before stepping into the building, he got stopped by the security guard. The guard asked, “who are you?”, “I’m so and so’s father, help me to contact him.” After contacting, the son looked down from the window and saw his father standing at the entrance of the building, the colleague next to him asked, “who is that? Who wants to see you?” He then spoke to the security guard, “That person is the maid at my home, but he has been working for us for a long time and likes to pretend as a my father, you can tell him to go!” The father then got driven away by the guard and went home weeping to himself. After this incident, the father never looked for his son even If he needed help because the son would not help him at all. The father eventually died of hunger but the son continued to live a good comfortable life. In the end, the son’s son also chased him away. What you reap is what you sow.

美国第16任总统林肯，他的父亲是一个制鞋工人，有一天，林肯当选了总统，要在上议院员面前发表演说，其中一个非常讨厌林肯的议员也在场。林肯正准备要演说，那个议员忽然站起来说：“你能当选总统，真令人惊讶，但是别忘了，你父亲曾是个制鞋工人。有的时候你父亲也会找到我们家，要来帮我们做些，我现在穿的鞋，其实也是你父亲做的。”于是四下频频传出窃笑的声音，林肯站在讲台上，闭着眼睛不作声，当他张开眼睛，准备再次要开口的时候，眼眶里充满了泪水，林肯向那些议员一个个望去，然后说：“谢谢你们，各位议员，因为你们让我想起，一度忘怀的父亲面孔。我的父亲是个制鞋工人，他的技术非常高超，我没有办法比得上他，只不过现在也在努力，希望多少能赶得上父亲的伟大。我父亲为许多贵族做过鞋子，现在在场的各位当中，或许也有人穿着我爸爸做的鞋子。假使鞋子稍有一点不适脚，现在也不妨请您告诉我，我曾在一旁学过一点父亲的技术，应该可以为您修好，我会尽最大努力的。当然，虽然我是根本无法跟先父相比的。”全场好像被浇了凉水，非常安静。别人都以为林肯父亲是制鞋工人，会因而感到无地自容，没想到他反而对父亲深表尊敬。使得那些嘲弄林肯的议员，反而下不了台。尊敬父母，这也是圣经上所谓的孝敬父母。
The 16th president of the USA, Lincoln’s father is a cobbler. One day, he had to speak in front of the senators in the congress, one of them hated Lincoln a lot. When Lincoln was just preparing to speak, that particular senator stood up and said, “It was such a surprise that you could become a president, but do not forget that your father is a cobbler. Sometimes your father would look for us to make shoes and even the pair of shoes under my feet now is made by him.” Once he finished, some people let out of sniggers. Lincoln stood on the stage with his eyes closed and not saying anything. He suddenly opened his eyes that were filled with tears and opened his mouth, he looked at the senators and said, “Thank you all for reminding me of my father. My father is a cobbler and he has excellent skills, I can never compare with him, but I’m still trying hard now to catch up with his skills. If any of you at this place is wearing the shoes made by my father and you feel uncomfortable in t. you could tell me and I could alter it for you because I’ve learnt some skills from my father. But of course, my skill is nothing compared to my father’s.” The congress suddenly turned silent. They thought Lincoln would be embarrassed by his father but in contrast, he respected his father a lot. This, my friends, means honoring your parents.

B. 真正爱父母的心 Truly loving your parents

真正爱母的心，不单只是衣食住行的供应而已，而是孩子的爱心和一个真诚，和感恩的心。从婴儿到成长，父母花了许多心血好让孩子能够成长与出人头地。关爱和感恩是发自内心的。“滴水之恩应以涌流相报”，更何况是父母之恩呢？是否在他们失落的时候奉上一些问候与安慰，是否在有空的时间能配老人家说说话谈一些往事。

A heart that truly loves your parents is not about the provision of the basic needs only, but it is the a true and grateful heart of a child. The parents spent a lot of effort and time in order to help a child to grow and to be successful. Love, care and gratitude are from the heart. " A parent's nurturing effort is so great that it is almost impossible to repay. When they are distressed, why don't we try to console them, why don't we spend some time accompany them and have some chats with them?

2．接触下一代 Reaching to the Next Generation

A. 培育他们，建立他们 Cultivate them, build them up

美国爱荷华州的某个村子，主日学老师在路上，看见四个孩子在玩泥巴。“喂，你们别在路边玩泥巴，应该到教会来信耶稣、敬拜神”孩子们拍拍手上的泥巴，高兴地跟着来。老师非常用心地教导这四个孩子直到离开主日学为止。随着岁月的流逝，现在主日学老师年级大了，要退休了。在退休的时候，他收到了四封信。一封是一位中国宣教师寄的，一封是美国联邦银行的总裁寄的，一封是总统秘书长寄的，还有一封署名“胡佛”的信，那就是美国的第31任总统寄的。信里面有这样的内容：“老师在我们玩泥巴的时候，叫我们来信耶稣，后来我们依照主的话，好好敬拜神，今天才有这样的地位，过得胜的生活”正是那些孩子们，变成了中国的宣教室、变成美国联邦银行的总裁、变成总统的秘书长、变成胡佛总统了。
There was a village in Iowa USA where a Sunday school teacher saw 4 children were playing with the mud along a roadside. She told them, “Hey, don’t play the mud, come to the church with him and trust in Jesus, worship Him.” The children agreed and followed the teacher to the church. The teacher taught them in Sunday school with all her heart until they left. As time passed by, the Sunday school teacher had grown older and it was time to retire. On the day of her retirement, she received 4 letters. One was from a missionary in China, one was from the CEO of the Federal Bank of USA, one was from the head of secretary of president and another one was from someone named “Hoover”, who was the 31st president of the USA. In the letter, it said, “Miss, when we were playing with the mud, you told us to believe in Jesus and so we lived according to God’s words and worship Him, that is how we get to where we are today and live a victorious life.” It those children that now became the missionary in China, the CEO of the Federal Bank, the head of secretary of the president and the Hoover President.

主日或安息日是为人而设立的
Sunday or Sabbath Day is Created for People

马可福音Mark 2：27
27 又对他们说，安息日是为人设立的，人不是为安息日设立的。
27 Then he said to them, "The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.

其目的乃是要人在身体、情绪、心灵上得充电预备走更远之路。
The purpose is to recharge one's body, emotion and soul in order to do more.

安息日七天中的一天把这日子分别为圣，敬拜神的日子，与家人一起用餐的日子。
The Sabbath day is kept holy because it is a day to worship God and have meals with family.

美国西部的拓荒时代，东部的人听说西部有很多黄金，为了来挖黄金，坐着马车日夜赶路。因为大家觉得，要早点赶在别人前面，才能够挖到更多的黄金，所以，这样不眠不休地日夜赶路。从东部到西部有多么远？在半路上，马也累死了、人也累得生病、死了，就算有人到了西部，也因为过度疲劳，结果也生病死了。但是有一些人，却能够坚持到达西部，他们没有失去神、也得到了黄金。他是很虔诚的清教徒。从东部出发的时候，他也是日夜赶路，但只要到了主日，他就会停下来，让马匹休息、家人聚在起读圣经、祷告、赞美、敬拜神，休息一天。他是依照圣经说的“守主日”，这样的守主日。所以，他们在六天里，马不停蹄地赶路，在主日这一天休息和安息，因此他们的身体也休息、灵魂也吃到丰富的粮食，于是就能维持身心的健康，到达了西部，这样他们信仰也没有丢失、同时又发现了黄金，得到了灵魂兴盛、凡事兴盛、身体健壮的祝福。
During the early days in Wester America, the people in the East heard that there are the wester part had a lot of golden. In order to dig the gold, they rode on carriage for days to reach there through days and nights because the thought the earlier they reach there, the more gold they will be able to dig, and so they were on the road through all day and night. How far was it from the east to the west? Halfway through the journey, the horses were exhausted and died and the people fell sick and some died too. Eve if some of them had reached the western part, they were all too sick due to exhaustion and died. But there were some people that reached the Western America without any scathe and got the gold. He was a religious Puritan. While setting off from the east, he also hurried through all the day and night, but once it reached Sunday, he would stop and let the horses rest and he would gather together with his family reading the Bible, praying, praise and worshiping God and set a day off to rest. He is obeying to the Bible saying to keep the Sabbath day. Thus, for six days, he would be on the journey non-stop, but during Sunday, he would rest and so his body got to rest and his spirit get fed too. That was what caused him to keep a healthy body and mind until he reached Western America. He never lose his faith and also managed to find gold, winding up in having a prosperous life and blessed with a healthy body.

In other words, it is to tell your boss after every project about what result had you achieved and what mistakes and obstacles had you met while doing it. Do not look down on this simple action as it will shape our image and determine our position in our boss' mind.

约翰福音 John 15：1-8
1我是真葡萄树，我父是栽培的人。 2凡属我不结果子的枝子，他就剪去。凡结果子的，他就修理干净，使枝子结果子更多。 3现在你们因我讲给你们的道，已经干净了。 4你们要常在我里面，我也常在你们里面。枝子若不常在葡萄树上，自己就不能结果子。你们若不常在我里面，也是这样。 5我是葡萄树，你们是枝子。常在我里面的，我也常在他里面，这人就多结果子。因为离了我，你们就不能作什么。 6人若不常在我里面，就像枝子丢在外面枯干，人拾起来，扔在火里烧了。 7你们若常在我里面，我的话也常在你们里面，凡你们所愿意的，祈求就给你们成就。 8你们多结果子，我父就因此得荣耀，你们也就是我的门徒了。

1．我是葡萄树，你们是枝子I am The Vine, You Are The Branches.

葡萄不是结在葡萄树上，而是连在枝子上的，枝子才能结果子。因此农夫会细心管理枝子，把枝子绑在架子上，让葡萄不要掉在地上，而能一串串挂在枝子上。耶稣说，上帝是葡萄树的农夫，耶稣是葡萄树，而我们是连在那树上的枝子。葡萄树虽然会供给枝子水分和养分，但开花、长叶、结果的，却是枝子。就是说，我们基督徒就是枝子。枝子若不连在葡萄树上，自己就不能结果子，同样，我们若不连在主的身上，也没有办法自己开花、长叶、结果。我们必须紧紧连在葡萄树上。
The grapes are not grown on the vine, but are connected to the branches, only the branches can bear fruits. That is why a farmer would manage the branches carefully, tying to branches to the shelf in order to avoid the grapes from falling off. Jesus said, God is the farmer of the vine, Jesus is the vine and we are the branches that are connected to the vine. Even if the vine may provide water and nutrients to the branches, but the job of flowering, leafing, and bearing fruits are depended on the branches. It means, we as a Christian are the branches. If the branches are not connected to the vine, we can never bear fruits. In other words, if we are not connected to God Himself, we cannot flower, grow leaf and bear fruits. That is why we have to connect closely to the vine.

要怎么样，才能作一个连在葡萄树上的枝子呢？主的身体就是教会，所以我们要进到教会里，才能连在葡萄树的身体上，我们还要在教会里受洗、吃圣餐、服事神、献十分之一、守主日.
How can we become a branch that is connected to the vine? The church is the body of Christ, so we have to join a church to connect to the body of the vine. We also need to be baptised, take Holy Communion, serve God, give tithe, and keep the Sabbath day.

教会是基督的身体、是圣灵居住的地方，我们要进到基督的身体里面。我们不仅是身体要到教会来，心也要进到耶稣里面。
The church is the body of Christ, it is where the Holy Spirit dwells in, we need to enter the body of Christ. Not only do our bodies need to be in church, our hearts shall come into Jesus too.

我们是教会，是主的身体。而主却是我们的头。
We are the church and the body of Christ. And God is our head.

歌罗西书Colossians 1：18
18他也是教会全体之首。他是元始，是从死里首先复生的，使他可以在凡事上居首位。

2．离了主，我们就不能做什么 Apart From The Lord, We Can Do Nothing

- 贪心使我们离开神 Because Of Greed
雅各书James 1：15
15私欲既怀了胎，就生出罪来。罪既长成，就生出死来。
15 If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him.

歌罗西书3章5～6节说：「所以，要治死你们在地上的肢体；就如淫乱、污秽、邪情、恶欲和贪婪。（贪婪就与拜偶像一样）
Colossians 3:5-6 says, Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry. Because of these, the wrath of God is coming.

箴言Proverbs 16：5
5凡心里骄傲的，为耶和华所憎恶。虽然连手，他必不免受罚。
5 The LORD detests all the proud of heart. Be sure of this: They will not go unpunished.

- 不信使我们离开神 Because Of Disbelief
雅各书 2：26
26身体没有灵魂是死的，信心没有行为也是死的。
26 As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.

- 不顺服使我们离开神 Because Of Disobedience
希伯来书Hebrews 3：18-19
18又向谁起誓，不容他们进入他的安息呢？岂不是向那些不信从的人吗？ 19这样看来，他们不能进入安息，是因为不信的缘故了。
18 And to whom did God swear that they would never enter his rest if not to those who disobeyed? 19So we see that they were not able to enter, because of their unbelief.

3. 与神连接的祝福 The Blessing Of Staying Connected
我们到教会来决志、受洗、吃圣餐、献十分之一、圣守主日、凡事忠心、常常祷告进到教会的身体里来，主就会紧紧抓住我们，没有人可以把我们从主的手里夺去。诗篇55篇22节也说：「你要把你的重担卸给耶和华，他必抚养你，他永不叫义人动摇。」
When we come to the church and repent, being baptised, take the Holy Communion, give our tithe, faithful in all things, always praying and come into the the body of the church, the Lord would hold closely unto us and nobody can take us away from Him. Psalms 55:22 says, Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall.

我们只要紧紧连结在主的葡萄树上，葡萄树上就会不断有恩典浇灌下来，让我们可以每天不需要为任何事忧虑。耶稣已经准备好，要不断用恩典浇灌我们，就像下雨一样。主的恩典，只有透过葡萄树，才能够传递到我们这些枝子身上。
We only need to stay connected closely to the Lord's vine, then the vine would provide us with endless grace so we don't have to be worry for anything everyday. Jesus had prepared it all, He wants to shower us with grace like rain. God's grace can only be channeled to us through the vine to our branches.

- 你会有许多恩惠临到你 The Lord Will Pour His Blessing Upon Us
只要我们连在主身上，耶稣就会把借着十字架预备好的恩典浇灌下来。借着十字架的苦难，所预备好的恩典，不就是饶恕、公义和荣耀吗？耶稣会不断的赐下饶恕、赐下公义、赐下荣耀、改变我们，耶稣要把我们从魔鬼和世俗下释放出来，时常用圣洁和圣灵充满的恩典浇灌我们。
When we are connected to the Lord, Jesus would us through grace with the cross that He had been nailed on. Isn't the grace that came with the pain on the cross forgiveness, righteousness and glory? Jesus never stops to grant us His forgiveness, righteousness and glory in order to change us and set us free from the chain of evilness and worldliness.

只要我们时常在主面前事奉他，他就会发出医治的光线、浇灌医治的恩典，让我们的身体与心灵，时常保持健康。在主的里面，我们从咒诅中得释放，祝福时常从上面浇灌在我们这些枝子上，好让我们可以在恩典里，开花、长叶、结果子。自然我们就会得生命并且得的更丰盛。
As long as we always come before the Lord and serve Him, He will then shine His light of the power of healing and pour unto us the grace of healing in order for us to be healthy both physically and emotionally all the time. We are being set free from curses in God and blessings would always pour down unto us the branches and that we may start flowering, leafing and bearing fruit in grace. And naturally, we may have life, and have it to the full.

十诫的价值观 The Values of Ten Commandements
敬重，尊重神 Respect and reverence God

三: 不可妄称耶和华你神的名；因为妄称耶和华名的，耶和华必不以他为无罪。
3rd: You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.

为什么要尊重神？ Why must we reverenee God?

1. 因为祂是良善和慈爱的神 Because He is a good and loving God

出埃及记 34:6
耶和华在他面前宣告说：耶和华，耶和华，是有怜悯有恩典的神，不轻易发怒，并有丰盛的慈爱和诚实，
Exo 34:6 And he passed in front of Moses, proclaiming, "The LORD, the LORD, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness,

2. 因为祂是荣耀伟大的神 Because He is a glorious and great God

因此我们应给神最高的荣耀，不妄称神的名。神的名字代表了祂的声誉，祂的品格以及祂的权柄。
Thus we shall give God the highest respect, and not taking His name in vain. God's name represents His reputation, character and authority.

为什么神有这么多名字呢？ Why does God have so many names?

因为没有一个名字可以代表这位全能伟大的神，也没有一个名字可以代表祂的整个神性和祂的全能。神说我是自有永有的原文的意思就是我就是我，祂是开始也是结束。
Because there is not one name can represent all the greatness of God, there's no name to represent His Godliness and mightiness. God said "I am who I am". He is the origin, and also the end.

所以主耶稣在教導门徒用主祷文祷告的次序给我们一个基本的原则，就是先尊主的名为圣。
That is why the sequence of The Lord's Prayer that Jesus taught His disciples gave us a principle, that is to hallow God's name.

为什么要尊主的名为圣呢？ Why must we hallow God's name?

1. 因衪的名字已超乎万民之上，衪是万王之王
Every knee shall bow every tongue confess that He is Lord

使徒行传 Act 4:12
除他以外，别无拯救。因为在天下人间，没有赐下别的名，我们可以靠着得救。
Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.

约翰福音 Jhn 12:32
我若从地上被举起来，就要吸引万人来归我。
But I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to myself.

2. 因衪的名有能力 The Power of The Name of Jesus

So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy. In that day you will no longer ask me anything. I tell you the truth, my Father will give you whatever you ask in my name. Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.

-得救 be saved

到那时候，凡求告主名的，就必得救。
And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

-得蒙赦罪 Forgiveness of sins

众先知也为他作见证，说，凡信他的人，必因他的名，得蒙赦罪。
All the prophets testify about him that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.

-全然好了 complete healing

By faith in the name of Jesus, this man whom you see and know was made strong. It is Jesus' name and the faith that comes through him that has given this complete healing to him, as you can all see.

Loyalty is faithfulness or a devotion to a person or cause.

词语名称：忠诚
释义：指对国家、对人民、对事业、对上级、对朋友等真心诚意、尽心尽意，没有二心：忠诚老实、忠诚勇敢、忠诚可靠、对神，属灵领袖和配偶无限忠诚。忠诚代表诚信、守信和服从。
Word: Loyal
Definition: Being sincere and dedicated wholeheartedly towards one's nation, people, career, employer, friends etc and in being honest, courageous, and reliable towards God, spiritual leaders and spouse unconditionally. Loyalty means reliable, integrity and obedient.

忠诚的根基是原则而非环境。当在顺境时保持承诺，一旦有事发生或压力增加就退缩的人就不是忠诚而是不忠。
The foundation of loyalty is not due to the environment, but a principle. When one is only loyal in a favourable situation but retreat when something happened or stress started to mount up, then this person is no longer someone loyal.

The concept of loyalty is an important part of ethics. Plato originally said that only a man who is just can be loyal, and that loyalty is a condition of genuine philosophy. The philosopher Josiah Royce said it was the supreme moral good, and that one's devotion to an object mattered more than the merits of the object itself. Loyalty is a quality you look for in a friend.

耶稣说，“一个人不能事奉两个主；不是恶这个，爱那个，就是重这个，轻那个。”（马太福音6：24）尝试事奉两个主只会导致一个人“心怀二意”（雅各书4：8），破坏了忠诚的价值。（雅各5：2）圣经也提到忠诚的人，就是那些忠诚的跟随圣经的话语的人.
Jesus said, "No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other." (Matthew 6:24 NIV) Attempting to serve two masters leads to "double-mindedness" (James 4:8), undermining loyalty to a cause. (James 5:2) The bible also speaks of loyal ones, which would be those who follow the bible with absolute loyalty.

Loyalty is needed in different fields of the society. A loyal employee is always the most favourable one to the employer because they know loyalty is far more important than ability. When there's loyalty, an employee will work actively and be willing to go for an extra mile for the company. In the commerce and education community today, many people consider a high vocational or academicals skill as the most important capital. Many people are too focused on developing technical and linguistic skills and neglect the cultivation of loyalty. Ability and talents are not sufficient to keep a foothold in the commerce community.

神的品格就显明了道德价值。祂不只是道德价值的“编造”者而已。一个正义和正直的道德品格反射了神的品格。价值观影响一个的行为举止。你所相信的会影响你所做的。你或许可以隐藏你真正的价值观，品格和动机一段时间；不过当你在这么做的时候，你只是带出了你本身的另外一个品格-虚伪！你不能一辈子都隐瞒：因为终有一天你所有的品格和行为都会被众人揭穿。
God's nature defines moral values. He did not merely "invent" them. A righteous or upright moral character is a reflection of God's character. Values influence one's conduct and behaviour. What you believe will influence what you do. You may be able to hide your true values, character and motives for a while; but when you do so, you merely introduce another character trait into your life -hypocrisy! And you cannot hide it forever: In the end, the day will come in which your true character will be exposed and known to all.

神要寻找忠诚的人 God is Looking for Someone Loyal

在这次康希牧师影响力特会当中特别在第四堂提到忠诚的路得带给教会极大的祝福。是连连亲吻像俄珥巴或是紧紧跟随像路得。每个关系都需要被试验被考验。男女朋友的关系有多深要经过试验。夫妻要经过试验。朋友需要经过试验。危机会临到，俗语说得好，本是同林鸟，大难来时各自飞。
In the fourth session of Ps. Kong's Influential Conference, he mentioned about Ruth who was loyal and it blessed the church tremendously. A kisser like Orpah or a cleaver like Ruth. Every relationship has to be tested. Relationships between a couple, husband and wife, as well as friends have to go through test. Crisis may come anytime. A Chinese saying goes like, two birds that originated from the same forest may be parted when a crisis hit.

犹大是亲吻而卖了耶稣而彼得紧紧跟随耶稣直到人生的终点，至死忠心。有些人可能会遇到信心的危机，可能遇到经济的危机，人际关系的危机，也因为这些危机的发生，忠诚或不忠才能浮出水面。不忠带来极大的毁灭性。
Judas' kiss betrayed Jesus but Peter followed Jesus loyally until his last breath on Earth. Some people may face the crisis of their faith or in economics or even interpersonally, and due to these crises, the reality of whether one is loyal or not will be revealed. Disloyal is utterly destructive.

路得在忠诚上受了试验，因着她的忠心让她找到了她一生的命定。
Ruth's loyalty was tested and due to her loyalty, she found the destiny of her life.

什么是价值观？ What is value?

根据百科全书，价值观是一种处理事情判断对错、做选择时取舍的标准。价值观也可以说是一种深蔵于内心的准绳，在面对抉择时的一项依据。
According to the encyclopedia, value is the principle a person holds unto while making judgment and decision. It is also a criterion buried in one's heart that becomes the basis in decision making.

价值观会指引一个人去从事某些行为，例如：[诚信]的价值观，会让人承担面对困境及对别人说明事情的真相，提升别人对其的信任度。[纪律]的价值观，会让人依规定行事，产生执行力。[关怀]的价值观，会让人关心别人，了解别人的困境，让别人有同理心。不同的价值观会产生不同的行为模式，进而产生不同的社会文化。[自我]的价值观，会使人[自我中心]。
Value is the guideline of the actions from a person. Eg: the value of "Integrity" would encourage a person to speak the truth in a dilemma, elevates his or her trustworthiness. The value of "Discipline" would result in a person who follows the rules, as well as being productive. Having the value of "Caring" would bring forth a person that cares for the others as well as being understanding to the people around them. Different value produces different attitude, thus resulting in a different culture in the society. The value of "Selfish" would produce a "self-centered" person.

每个人的价值观都不相同，而价值观是受环境和文化背景的影响。
Everyone possesses different values, and values are being shaped by one's environment and culture.

圣经中的十诫是我们的生活准则，是神的本性与品格。十诫不是我们的累赘，却能带给我们自由。十诫不是约束性的律法，而是有释放作用作用的价值观。
The Ten Commandments in the Bible is the guidelines of our life, they are God's nature and character. The Ten Commandments are not our burden, but they can set us free. The Ten Commandments are not the laws that constrain us, but have effect to set us free.

耶稣来不是废掉律法，是要成全律法。
Jesus did not come to abolish the laws, but to fulfill them.

十诫的价值观是分别为圣的价值观，是可以扭转世界的价值观。
The values of Ten Commandments are ones that set us apart, ones that has the power to turn the world upside down.

命运与选择乃是由我们人的自由来决定的事。
Fate and choices are human being's freewill.

亚当被造之后可以安居在伊甸园，是没有选择之余地的，乃是神所定的，也是命运注定的事。亚当不是他自己造了自己也不是他来造了伊甸园在那里安居的而是神事先造好了伊甸园接着造了亚当，所以这乃是属于命运的事。
Adam was placed in the garden of Eden after being created, he had no other choices, it was set by God, and it was fated. Adam did not create himself nor did he create the garden of Eden to stay in, but God created the garden of Eden first then He created Adam, this is his fate.

创世纪1章26-27节说神说：“我们要照着我们的形象、按着我们的样式造人，使他们管理海里的鱼、空中的鸟、地上的牧畜和全地，并地上所爬的一切昆虫。”神就照着自己的形象造人，乃是照着他的形象造男造女。
In Genesis 1:26-27, Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.

因此亚当与夏娃不管他们愿或不愿而被造出来了。并且他们命运也注定了要在伊甸园里生活，他们虽是被造之物，但神还是赐给了可以选择的自由。伊甸园中间种有生命树与善恶果树。神告戒他们不可吃能知善恶的那树上的果子；如果吃的话你必要死的。主允许亚当及夏娃可以选生命树的果子吃，但不许吃善恶之树的果子，并告戒了如果吃的话必要死。神对亚当作的警告；如果他选择不当时，就会带来可怕的结局。
Thus, whether they are willing or not, Adam and Eve were created. They are also fated to live in the garden of Eden. Even though they were mere creations, God still granted them the freewill to make decision. There was a tree of life and a tree of as well as the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. God warned them not to eat the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, and if they did, they would die. God gave Adam a strict caution; if he were to make the wrong choice, the result would be devastating.

In Genesis 2:15-17, The LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it. And the LORD God commanded the man, "You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat of it you will surely die."

得生命之树上的果子亚当与夏娃可以自由自在的选着吃，可是告戒他们说如吃下那知善恶的果子必要死。但选择是在于亚当与夏娃的意念，那是神所赐给他们的自由选择权。
Adam and Eve have the free right to eat the fruit from the tree of life, but God warned them if they were to eat the fruit from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, they will surely die. But the choice lies within Adam and Eve's motive, it is the freewill to choose that God had granted them.

十誡的價值觀-忠誠
亚当与夏娃受了魔鬼的诱惑而做错了选择。蛇来诱惑了夏娃〈真的不准你们选园里的果子吗？〉〈不是啊！所有的果子都可以吃。唯有园中央的那样能知善恶的那棵树上的果子不准吃，连摸都不可以如吃的话可能死掉〉魔鬼接下来怎么说了呢？〈不是的绝不会死的，如你吃那果子的话，眼就亮起来会跟神一样的，神是怕你们成为那样所以才不准你们吃的〉魔鬼就这样诱惑了他们。当贪心进入夏娃里面之后，夏娃就自己来作了选择，将那善恶果摘下吃了。并也给亚当一起吃了。这时亚当是可以拒绝的，可是他欲自己做了选择，将那善恶果吃下了。因此，其结果他们就堕落了。同时也背叛了神，由此就被从伊甸园赶了出来
The value of Ten Commandments - Loyalty
Adam and Eve made the wrong decision after being tempted by the devil. The serpent came and tempt Eve saying "Is is true that you can't choose the fruit to eat?" "No! All fruits can be eaten. Only the fruits on the tree of knowledge of good and evil in the middle of the garden cannot be eaten, they can't even be touched and I might die eating it." What did the devil say after this? "You will definitely not die. If you eat the fruit, your eyes will be opened and you will be like God. God is worried that you will become like Him, thus disallowing you to eat it." The devil tempted them. When greed entered Eve's heart, Eve made the decision on her own, she plucked the fruit and ate it, and she also gave it to Adam. Now, Adam had the right to reject, but he too, made the decision himself, to eat the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Hence, they were fallen, at the same time betrayed God and then were sent forth from the garden of Eden.

第一条：除了我之外，你不可有别的神。(忠誠)
First：" You shall have no other gods before Me." (Loyalty)

我們應當忠誠於神、屬靈領袖和配偶。神看重的是我们与他的关系而非其他。因他是爱。我们不能只注重对我们有益处的而放弃那最重要的。
We shall be faithful toward God, spiritual leaders and spouse. God cares about our relationship with Him than any other thing else. We shouldn't give up on what is important while taking note of what benefits us.

两个根基和建筑师 Parable of the Two Builders (Matt 7:21-28)

这里提到两个建筑师，他们都在建造房屋，其中一个是聪明的。因为他把房屋建在磐石上，而另一个无知的建筑师，他把房子建在沙土上。巴勒斯坦的地形多山多石，要在磐石上打地基是很苦难的事。通常在夏季是，河床干枯，在低地就会露出平坦的沙土，当然要在沙土上建造是容易多了。但是夏天过去，秋天来到，只要一场暴风雨，河水涨潮，在沙土上的房子就会倒塌，毁坏。

把生命建造在磐石上的人，是指听见主的话就去行的人。无知的人把房子盖在沙土上，是因为缺乏远见而选择容易的道路。但是一旦考验来时或生命遇见困境时，信仰就陷入危机了。圣经说听见就去行的人有福了。听命胜于献祭。

It says here two builders who are building their houses. The wise man builds his house on a rock, while the foolish one builds his on the sand. Palestine is naturally a land of hills and mountains, and as a result, it is subject to violent rains and sudden floods. The Jordan River annually rises to a dangerous level then turns rapid and furious. The streams that run through the hills could sweep everything they ran through. Houses that are erected within the reach of these sudden deluges, especially those founded on sand could be eradicated.

With this in mind, Jesus illustrated the benefit of obeying His words. It is not enough to hear them; they must be obeyed. He says, “Therefore, whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man.”(v.24) He compared a person who hears and obeys Him to a man who builds his house on a rock. He then described that the wise man who builds his house, which is saying his whole life, on the rock is of genuine subjection to God. Conversely, the disobedient ones who build their life on the sand lose their faith once they face a trial due to the weak foundation. Obedience is better than sacrifice.

"When I looked into the mirror, I was overjoyed. I realised I'm still pretty. My self-confidence had also increased."

黄顺珍：我今年已经62岁了，我虽然老了，但我觉得我还是要参加这次的比赛。我虽然很紧张，但我还是完成了整个比赛。比赛过后，我发现自己比以前更有自信了。可能我有点像太后吧！！

"I'm already 62 years-old, I may be old, but I insisted on joining this competition. Although I was very nervous, but I managed to finish the whole contest. After the contest, I realised I'm more confident than I used to be. Maybe it's true that I look like an empress!!"

我们为了配合这次母亲节的主题，我们特别准备了取名为幸福万万岁的戏剧。
In order to go with the theme, we specially arranged a drama that shares the same title with our theme.

这次的戏剧主要是以普遍家庭中的问题为背景，主要是让每一个人能明白妈妈为整个家庭的付出和教导我们要学会珍惜身边的父母。
This drama is mainly based on the problems that happen in a normal family. It is to let everyone understand how mothers sacrifice for their family and reminding us to appreciate our parents while they are still around.

在戏剧中，也让我们看到一个家庭要幸福快乐，金钱不是最重要的，而是家庭成员中彼此的包容，彼此的接纳和彼此的爱护。建立一个幸福的家不只是妈妈一个人的责任，而是大家共同建立的。
In the drama, we also learnt that money isn't the way for a family to obtain happiness. In stead, the communication with each other as well as being understanding are the solution. The responsibility on building a happy family doesn't fall on the mother alone, but it is to be built and worked out by every member of the family.
